The Compass
What has been guiding your decisions?
Name what actually matters to you, and find out which of it is truly yours.
Compass is two honest conversations, eight days apart, and the week between them. You leave with your values named in your own words, a written map you keep, and one thing already set down.
From the outside, you're the one who holds it together. The good mum. The reliable one. The woman who always shows up. People say things like ‘she's so busy’ or ‘she does so much for everyone’, and it's true, you do.
But underneath the roles, something else is also true. You feel overwhelmed more often than you'd admit. Quietly guilty for wanting more than you already have. Not entirely sure anymore what you'd choose, if the choice were fully yours.
You don't have a time-management problem. You have a self-inclusion problem: and most of us make our biggest decisions without ever pausing long enough to name what we're actually choosing for.
The Compass helps you to see what is guiding you and helps you align back to to what truly matters to you, so you can move towards a life that includes you more and that you own the decisions.
Why these conversations, not just journaling?
You could try to answer ‘what matters most to me’ on your own, and if you're anything like most capable women, you probably already have: In the car, n the shower, at 2am.
The trouble is, the same conditioning that quietly narrowed your vision in the first place is also the thing filtering what you're able to see when you're the only one looking.
A second, trained kind of attention catches what you'd talk yourself out of noticing: the value you named too quickly, the one you skipped because it felt selfish, the gap between the answer you gave and the one that actually landed. That's the difference between a values list and a values map with me.
What this is
I'm not just taking notes while you talk. I'm listening for what you say, what you skip past, what you minimise, and what you feel guilty even admitting, because the values quietly running your life are rarely the ones you'd list first if I asked you outright.
Together, we surface both: the ones you already know, and the ones that have been steering you without your full awareness.
What do you leave with?
● Your values, in your own words, not just chosen from a list.
● The sort nobody has asked you to do: which of these are mine, and which was I handed?
● A written Compass Map, yours to keep.
● A Forward Compass: a few commitments and prompts you actually use, not only when facing big decision but also on day to day basis. A decision tool, not a keepsake.
● One thing already set down, before the eight days are up.
You finish Compass not knowing something new, but able to do something new: deciding from what matters to you, instead of from what’s easiest for everyone else.
“I didn’t quite know what to expect, but I saw I was carrying far more self-judgment than I realised. When Andreya reflected that what I called ‘acceptance’ was really a longing for connection, everything shifted. It felt like talking to someone who instantly knew me, and what matters to me. Now, when I’m at a crossroads, I can reach for my Compass and my own values, instead of my fear of being judged.”

How it works
We speak twice, eight days apart.
The first conversation names your values, in your own words, and sorts them: which of these are mine, and which was I handed?
Then the week does the part a conversation can’t. Three minutes a day of guided witnessing that will bring immense value to the next session.
The second conversation turns that week into a map you can use.
Is this for you?
This is probably for you if some part of the description above already landed: if you're the one people rely on, if you can't quite remember the last time you chose something purely because you wanted it, or if you're not in any kind of crisis, just quietly aware that something's been shelved for a long time.
You don't need to be ready for coaching. You just need to be curious.
Choose you.
Compass is £197.
Picture the next decision you're quietly dreading, and imagine meeting it already knowing what matters most to you.
Or maybe the ability to make everyday choices that are aligned to you, opposed to just the role you’ve been playing.
That's what The Compass can give you.
Two conversations, around an hour to an hour and a quarter each. Three minutes a day in between. Nothing to get right, none of it has a correct answer.
I take a small number of these a month.
Your Compass fee credits in full toward Freedom to Be programme or The Circle if you continue within 30 days.
What changes afterward
Clarity sounds like a lovely, abstract thing. In practice, it's surprisingly ordinary…and quietly powerful.
Most of our daily choices are automatic: made from habit, obligation, or whatever keeps everyone else comfortable. Once you can see your own values clearly, that changes. You have something to weigh a decision against, so the choice stops being a reflex and starts being yours.
The next invitation you'd normally accept on autopilot: you pause, hold it up against what actually matters to you, and realise it's a no. The thing you want but keep talking yourself out of: you let yourself name it. Decision by decision, you stop being carried along by your life and start quietly steering it.
That's what a compass gives you: not a single answer, but the power to make aligned choices, again and again, knowing, each time, which way is yours.
