The thing you’d do if you let yourself.

Maybe you know exactly what it is; you've been calling it a silly idea for years. Maybe you don't have a name for it yet, just a pull you can't talk yourself out of. Either way, you're twelve weeks from being able to tell the difference between what's yours and what was handed to you and actually move towards that pull.

You’re at a turning point, and you chose it.

A role ending. A decade turning. A chapter you can feel closing whether or not you’re ready to say so. Or just a knowing that has stopped being possible to ignore, which is its own kind of threshold and often the hardest to explain to anyone.

You’ve achieved what you set out to achieve, more or less, and you still can’t feel it. And you’ve noticed that no further achievement is going to fix that, which is both the worst and the most useful thing you’ve worked out in years.

This is for the woman leaning into that, not reeling from it. If something has happened to you recently and the ground is still moving, this isn’t the right work yet, and I’ll say so in the first conversation rather than take your money.

What actually moves.

The pattern, at the root.

Not seen. Not named. Not rehearsed in a session and lost by Thursday. Moved; which takes depth, privacy, and enough weeks that your body gets real evidence rather than one good afternoon.

A dated first act on the shelved thing.

The silly idea. It gets a date, and I don’t let it quietly slide.

A vision that gets big enough to be yours.

Whether you arrived with one or it became visible along the way. The distance between week one and week twelve is the proof, and you won't have to take my word for it.

The turn from shaped to shaping.

You stop being formed by the rooms you’re in and start being the thing that sets the temperature. You become your own counter-environment, which is the only version of this that survives you leaving.

It ends with you holding the pen.

Most coaching ends with the coach summarising your growth back to you, which is lovely, and quietly leaves the authority in the room with them.

This ends the other way round. You read your own words back to yourself; what you wrote in week one, next to what you'd write now. Then I step out, and the last move of the programme is one you make unsupported: a real act, no session before it, no reassurance during it.

You get a written map at the close, and a check-in a few weeks later that you run, not me.

That's the measure: not that you never come back, but that when you do, it's because you've expanded into something bigger; a new ceiling, not an unfinished one. A woman who returns to this work after walking through a threshold is in a completely different position from one who never left.

How it runs.

Twelve weeks, private, online. Sessions front-loaded and then spaced — close together at the start while the floor is built, further apart as the acts get bigger and the space between them becomes where the work happens. A final check-in a few weeks after it formally ends, run by you.

It’s paced so that nothing is opened that can’t be closed.

Through the suite.

You've done Unwritten, or Unwritten and The Room. You arrive already able to see one part of your costume, and we begin at depth.

Straight in.

You walk directly through this door. We add a foundational session before the twelve weeks begin: the work Unwritten does, done privately, so you arrive at session one with the same ground under you.

Through the suite: £1,500 (or three payments of £530)

Straight in, with the foundation session: £1,597 (or three payments of £540).

The First Conversation.

Before anything, we talk. Not a sales call; a genuine conversation about where you are, what you’re carrying, and whether this is the right work for you right now.

Sometimes it isn’t, and I’ll say so. A woman standing on unsteady ground needs something steadier before she needs this, and starting anyway is how people get hurt. I’d rather lose the booking.

If it is right, you’ll know in that hour, and so will I.
