Unwritten · one session

The hour you see the seam.

One conversation. You leave knowing that one part of you was handed to you, and having done something about it.

You already knew.

There’s a moment when someone notices the join in something they’d taken for the whole world. Not a collapse, the opposite. A quiet oh, and underneath it something steadier: I think I always knew that.

That’s the hour. Not a diagnosis, not a personality result, not a list of your patterns handed to you by someone who met you an hour ago. One part of the self you’ve been running, recognised by you, in your words, as something that was handed to you rather than something you are.

And the relief in it isn’t that you were wrong about yourself. It’s that you were right. The thing that’s felt off has been the accurate part of you all along.

What you leave with.

One borrowed part, named.

In your language, never a label I hand you. You’ll recognise it or you won’t; and if you don’t, we keep going until you do.

The reframe that reorganises the rest.

Not lost, not behind, not broken. Unwritten. The page is yours and always was.

One small, real act to take within the fortnight.

Specific, dated, and costly enough to count: the first promise you keep to yourself on the new terms.

A floor you can carry.

What to do when your body resists, which it will, roughly two days in. This is the part nobody gives you and the reason most first steps don’t survive the week.

A short written note within 48 hours.

What you saw, what you’re going to do, and what will try to stop you.

How it runs.

One session, sixty to seventy-five minutes, online and private.

You’ll fill in a short survey beforehand (six or seven questions, ten minutes), so the hour is spent seeing and acting rather than me gathering your history. That’s deliberate: an hour is enough if none of it is spent on admin.

The written note arrives within forty-eight hours.

It’s standalone and complete. If you want to go further afterwards there are two ways to, and I’ll mention them once. You will not be sold to in the session.

One borrowed part named, one dated act, a floor to stand on when your body objects, and a written note within forty-eight hours.

£97.

Before you book.

This is for you if

You’ve started to suspect you’re performing a version of yourself, and you want to look at it properly.

You’d rather leave with something to do than something to think about.

What this isn’t

A discovery call. It’s the work, at its smallest, and it stands on its own.

A personality assessment. Nothing gets handed to you with your name on it.

A place to be held through something destabilising. If that’s where you are, email me and I’ll point you somewhere better.
